- Once the sauce is well combined, continue to simmer for another twenty minutes until the meat is tender and the flavors are rich. During the cooking process, keep a close eye on the pot to prevent the sauce from drying out.
- When the stewing is complete, sprinkle in a suitable amount of table salt, stir-fry evenly, and turn off the heat.
- Finally, plate the stewed pork trotter, sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top, and it's ready to serve.
