Haoyang Co., Ltd. obtained a linear lighting stage lamp patent

According to the public notice from the National Intellectual Property Administration, Haoyang Electronic Co., Ltd., based in Guangzhou, has successfully obtained a patent for a new stage lighting technology named "Linear Dimming Stage Light." The patent was granted with the announcement number CN220119189U and was applied for in April 2023.

The detailed description of the patent reveals an innovative design for a linear dimming stage light, which includes a halogen light source for generating a light path and at least one strobe sheet for controlling the light path. The halogen light source is equipped with a reflector and a filament placed inside it. The filament also comprises a spherical arc tube and an outer protective housing that surrounds the arc tube. On the side of the strobe sheet close to the central axis of the light path, there is an installed diffuser to evenly disperse the light, and next to the central axis of the diffuser, there is a gap designed to avoid the arc tube. If the width of the spherical arc tube is defined as r and the width of the arc tube's protective housing is defined as d, then the range of the radius R for the arc tube avoidance gap should be [r, 2d]. As the arc tube avoidance gap comes into contact with the projection of the arc tube's protective housing on the strobe sheet, until the diffuser moves to completely cover the light beam, the size of the arc tube avoidance gap is designed to neither be too large, causing the light beam to be obscured too quickly and making the brightness changes of the light beam too abrupt, nor too small, causing the light beam to be obscured too slowly and making the linear brightness changes of the light beam not distinct enough.
